1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bso89 ("bso89", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bso89 online casino and sports betting platform available at bso89.app.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bso89 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

bso89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
